WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION PERIODIC PAYMENT
[Number of months] months storage will be charged for any fraction of the first [Name of person notified] months. After that period, one months storage will be charged for thirty days or less. Bills are payable when rendered. Interest is charged on all accounts unpaid for a period of thirty days after they become due.
